Traditional and fantasy COOKING and REFRESHMENT in Friuli Venezia Giulia region


  In Friuli Venezia Giulia region there are over 80 typical dishes and about 20 particular cooking also not strictly traditional of the territory but linked to it by the use of the local produce and by the care and friendliness that the friulian chefs always give generously in his activity. (Besides two dedicated sections to the traditional Restaurateurs and to the Holiday farm refreshing).
 
  Open, on the lateral menu, the chapter ‘Piatti tradizionali’ to find the profiles of 15 first and 40 second courses, 15 sea food dishes, 10 sweets, remembering however always that the more typical hot dishes of the FVG region are:

- Cjarsòns
- Jota
- Frico
- Musèt and brovade
- Cooked Salami
- Rose Chicory with the'cicciole'
- Brodetto with lagoon fishes
