NB. You must keep present that in the FVG region the Holiday farm restaurants (an activity which, together the direct sale of own produce and the touristic accommodation, can be carried out by the Agricultural farms which present application to the regional administration) have rules very different from that ones of the classic restaurants which are ‘commercial business’: - at the table, the Farm is not obliged to serve food that it does not produce or are not in season, or, also in menu, are finished (it can be bought only in little percentage and only from other agricultural producers of the region)
- the recipes and the service (rapidity included) are on scale of a family that is working in the fields and that only rarely can dedicate itself to made elaborate dishes, to specific demands or to the hurry of some customer - the Holiday Farms can not have more than 80 seats and then it can happen that the customers might share the table with other persons - the calendar and the opening time table can occasionally undergo modifications, also without notice, in consequence of availability of the farm produce or of the farming needs.
